Support 5,000,000 VND for cadres and civil servants when they are assigned to work where?

Resolution 502/NQ-HĐND of 2025 was passed by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council of the X term, Sixth Session on December 10, 2025 and takes effect from January 1, 2026.

Accordingly, Resolution 502/NQ-HĐND in 2025 stipulates the application of Resolution 28/2023/NQ-HĐND of the People's Council of Binh Duong province stipulating the level of support for people working at the One-Stop Shop at all levels in Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City (after arrangement).

Referring to Article 1 of Resolution 28/2023/NQ-HĐND stipulating the level of support for people working at the One-Stop Shop at all levels in Binh Duong, specifically as follows:

Subjects eligible for support: Officials, civil servants, public employees and employees assigned to work at the One-Stop Shop at all levels according to the decision of the competent authority.

Monthly support: 2,000,000 VND/person/month.

Uniform support: 5,000 VND/person/year.

Thus, from 2026, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and laborers will be supported with 5,000,000 VND/person from the State budget for annual uniform fees when assigned to work at the One-Stop Shop at all levels according to Resolution 502 and Resolution 28 from the State budget according to the current state budget decentralization.
