What conditions are needed to send Vietnamese workers to work in Taiwan (China)?

Clause 8, Article 1, Decree 372/2025/ND-CP (effective from January 1, 2026) amending Article 12, Decree 112/2021/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Vietnamese Workers going to work abroad under contract, stipulates as follows:

Article 12. Conditions for operating services to send Vietnamese workers to work in Taiwan (China)

1. Enterprises that have been granted a License and have notified that they meet market conditions, industries, and occupations according to the provisions of Article 15a of this Decree.

2. Enterprises with professional staff with Chinese proficiency, minimum HSK5 level or equivalent and experience in sending Vietnamese workers to work in Taiwan (China).

3. Businesses are not penalized for violating the law in the field of Vietnamese workers going to work abroad under contracts within 02 years from the date of notification of meeting the conditions for sending workers to work in Taiwan (China)"

Thus, from January 1, 2026, businesses sending Vietnamese workers to work in Taiwan (China) need to meet the above conditions.
