How are data collected by individuals to handle administrative violations provided?

Clause 1, Article 16, Decree 61/2026/ND-CP Regulating the list, management, use of professional technical means and equipment and the process of collecting and using data collected from technical means and equipment provided by individuals and organizations to detect administrative violations (effective from April 1, 2026) stipulates as follows:

1. Data collected by individuals and organizations from means and technical equipment provided to agencies, units, and competent authorities for handling administrative violations specified in Article 18 of this Decree through one of the following forms:

a) Directly go to the headquarters of the agency or unit of the competent person or the scene of the incident to provide information or another location decided by the competent person;

b) Electronic mail, electronic information portal, electronic information page, national identification application (VNeID) and other applications on mobile devices, officially announced hotline phone numbers;

c) Postal services;

d) Connecting and sharing data through digital platforms or integrated systems, sharing data according to the provisions of law.

Thus, from April 1, 2026, data collected by individuals and organizations from means and technical equipment will be provided to agencies, units, and competent persons to handle administrative violations in the above forms.
