Expected cases of recruiting civil servants for job positions

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 4 of the Draft Decree on recruitment, use and management of civil servants, which stipulates the method of recruiting civil servants:

1. The civil servant recruitment exam is conducted in the case of recruitment to the job position of senior specialist and equivalent, specialist and equivalent, officer and equivalent.

2. Civil servant recruitment is carried out in the case of recruitment for job positions in the following cases:

People who commit to volunteering to work for 05 years or more in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions;

Students are admitted according to the regulations of the Law on Education, after graduation, they return to work in the locality where they are sent to study;

Excellent graduates and high-quality human resources according to the provisions of law;

Recruitment to the job position in the rank of senior expert and equivalent, senior expert.

According to the above regulations, the cases that civil servants will be recruited for implementation in the case of recruitment to job positions include:

People who commit to volunteering to work for 5 years or more in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions;

Students are admitted according to the regulations of the Law on Education, after graduation, they return to work in the locality where they are sent to study;

Excellent graduates and high-quality human resources according to the provisions of law;

Recruitment to the job position in the rank of senior expert and equivalent, senior expert.
