Subjects receiving bonuses 100 times the basic salary according to Decree 263
The rights and responsibilities of individuals and groups awarded prizes for science, technology, and innovation are based on Decree 263.
In particular, the rights and responsibilities of individuals and groups who are authors and co-authors are awarded by ministries, branches and localities for science, technology and innovation based on Article 49 of Decree 263.
Article 49. Rights and responsibilities of individuals and groups that are authors and co-authors awarded by ministries, branches and localities for science, technology and innovation
1. Individuals and groups of authors and co-authors who are awarded prizes have the right to:
a) Receive an Award Certificate issued by a competent authority;
b) Receive a bonus not exceeding one hundred (100) times the basic salary for each award;
c) Enjoy other benefits (if any) as prescribed in the Regulations on award consideration.
2. Individuals and groups of authors and co-authors who are awarded prizes are responsible for:
a) Comply with the provisions of the law on emulation, rewards, and laws on science, technology and innovation;
b) Providing honest and complete information and documents for the work of considering, storing, synthesizing, collecting statistics and publishing information related to the award as required by competent authorities;
c) Not to use titles or awards for purposes that violate the law or are contrary to traditional customs;
d) Returning items and bonuses in violation of the Regulations on reward consideration and legal provisions according to the decision to revoke the prize of the competent authority.
