Hue Textile and Garment Company trains on topics on wages and bonuses, labor relations
HUE - More than 20 Hue Textile and Garment officials attended training courses on human resource management, salary and bonus systems, and labor relations.
On the afternoon of September 19, Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) held the opening ceremony of the HR Pro-Training Professional Training Program for human resources in the form of a combination of direct and online.
The program was attended by Mr. Cao Huu Hieu - General Director of Vinatex, Director of Human Resources and experts and personnel managers from member units.
Notably, more than 20 staff members of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company actively participated and studied topics on human resource management, salary and bonus systems, harmonious labor relations and the application of AI in personnel work.
The program aims to improve governance capacity, standardize operations, and contribute to building a professional and sustainable working environment in the entire textile and garment industry system.
