Employment service businesses must deposit VND300 million
A reader with email lethai@gmail.com asked: What are the conditions for businesses to be granted a job service license under the new regulations?
The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:
Article 15, Decree 352/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Employment on Employment Services (effective from January 1, 2026), stipulates the conditions for granting a license to operate an employment service as follows:
1. Having a head office or branch of a business or being hired by a business to organize employment services has a minimum term of 02 years (24 months) until the time the business submits a dossier to request a license.
2. Having deposited 300,000,000 VND (three hundred million VND) in employment service activities.
3. The legal representative of a business performing employment services is a person who is not restricted or has lost the capacity to civil behavior; has a university degree or higher or has at least 02 years (24 months) of experience in the field of employment services or labor supply.
Thus, from January 1, 2026, enterprises that want to be granted a job service license must meet the above conditions.
