Quang Tri - Quang Tri Employment Service Center supports more than 4,000 workers in finding jobs each year, connecting workers and businesses.

From January 1, 2026, the unemployment insurance policy will officially be implemented according to the 2025 Employment Law, replacing the 2013 Employment Law, with many innovations to enhance the security of life for workers.

According to the new regulations, the unemployment insurance policy is expanded in scope, adjusting the contribution level in a more flexible direction, contributing to sharing risks between employees and employers. The law also supplements food allowances for employees participating in vocational training and improving skills during the unemployment allowance period.

Along with that, unemployment benefits are improved, creating conditions for workers to soon return to the labor market in the context of many fluctuations in the socio-economy.

To support workers, especially those receiving unemployment benefits, the Quang Tri Employment Service Center regularly organizes job fairs to connect labor supply and demand.

Through these trading sessions, each year the unit has introduced jobs to more than 4,000 workers, and at the same time supported more than 400 businesses to recruit personnel to serve production and business activities.

Currently, the job fair of the Quang Tri Employment Service Center is held periodically for 2 sessions per month, gradually affirming its role as an effective and reliable connection channel between workers and businesses in the province.
