The agency inspects and evaluates the results of training for militia and self-defense forces
The inspection agency shall evaluate the results of the training of the Militia and Self-Defense Forces based on Circular No. 111/2025/TT-BQP (effective from January 1, 2026).
Article 6 of Circular No. 111/2025/TT-BQP guides the organization of inspections as follows:
1. The end of training for units organizing inspections, competitions, and sports festivals for units under their authority; the inspection time is determined by the unit commander.
2. Educational and training institutions in the Army organize tests and take results to assess the learning ability of students; vocational training and training centers inspect and evaluate results and issue Certificates to students.
3. The National Civil Defense Steering Committee inspected the training of 5 Teams participating in humanitarian and disaster relief activities of the Ministry of National Defense.
4. The commander of the local military agency organized an inspection and evaluation of the results of the training of the Militia and Self-Defense Forces.
Thus, the Commander of the local military agency organized an inspection and assessment of the results of the training of the Militia and Self-Defense Forces from January 1, 2026.
