Article 14, Section 2, Decree 363/2025/ND-CP regulating policies on attracting and employing talents for the Vietnam People's Army (effective from December 31, 2025), stipulates salary and bonus policies as follows:
1. Salary policy
Every month, they are entitled to receive salary according to the labor contract based on the nature, requirements of tasks, fields, work efficiency and corresponding salary levels in the labor market to negotiate specific salary levels in the contract.
2. Policy on bonuses
a) Every year, on the basis of evaluating the results of performing assigned tasks, the Minister of National Defense decides on the maximum bonus of 05 months' salary stated in the labor contract;
b) The Minister of National Defense decides on specific reward levels for each individual to ensure commensurate with the nature, complexity, and effectiveness of the assigned tasks from the benefits of scientific and inventive works, special solutions in a number of important and strategic fields.
Thus, from November 31, 2025, the Salary and Bonus Policy for those who attract to sign the Labor Federation to perform important and strategic tasks of the Vietnam People's Army is regulated as above.
