Regime and policies of Village Heads according to Circular 04

Article 13 of Circular 04/2012/TT-BNV guiding the organization and operation of villages and residential groups issued by the Minister of Home Affairs.

Accordingly, the regime and policies for Village Heads and Heads of Residential Groups are stipulated as follows:

- Village heads and heads of residential groups are part-time workers in villages and residential groups; receive monthly allowances and allowances decided by the Provincial People's Council according to the provisions of law.

- Village heads and heads of residential groups are trained, fostered, and trained in necessary knowledge and skills; if they complete their tasks excellently, they are commended and rewarded; if they do not complete their tasks, violate shortcomings, or are not trusted by the people, depending on the severity of the violation, they will be dismissed, dismissed or prosecuted according to the provisions of law.
