Minimum salary table in Quang Ninh
Quang Ninh - After the arrangement, the province formed 54 new administrative units, including 2 special zones of Van Don and Co To.
From July 1, 2025, the regional minimum wage of Quang Ninh after the reorganization will still be implemented according to Decree 74/2024/ND-CP.
However, the detailed list of commune-level areas applying the regional minimum wage to employees working under labor contracts from July 1, 2025 is in Appendix I issued with Decree 128/2025/ND-CP instead of applying the old list issued with Decree 74/2024/ND-CP.
Therefore, the regional minimum wage of Quang Ninh province in 2025 will be applied as follows:
- Region IV, including Ba Che, Hoanh Mo, Luc Hon, Binh Lieu communes and Co To special zone - the regional minimum wage is 3,450,000 VND; per hour is 16,600 VND.
- Region III, including Tien Yen, Dien Xa, Dong Ngu, Hai Lang, Quang Tan, Dam Ha, Quang Ha, Duong Hoa, Quang Duc, Cai Chien communes and Van Don special area - the regional minimum wage is 3,860,000 VND; per hour is 18,600 VND.
- Region II, including Mong Duong, Quang Hanh, Cam Pha, Cua Ong wards and Hai Hoa commune - the regional minimum wage is 4,410,000 VND; per hour is 21,200 VND.
- Region I, including the remaining communes and wards - the regional minimum wage is 4,960,000; per hour is 23,800 VND.
