Emulation period: Phase 2025 - 2030. In which, phase 1 (from 2025 - 2027): Organize a preliminary review of emulation movements in the fourth quarter of 2027. Phase 2 (from 2027 - 2030): Organize a summary of Emulation movements in 2030.

One of the emulation contents is to propagate and raise awareness among employees about the meaning, role and importance of digital transformation, development of science and technology, innovation in EVNNPT and Resolutions, action programs, goals and tasks for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security.

Build and develop EVNNPT to be smart and sustainable on the basis of comprehensive digital transformation, strongly develop science and technology, innovation, widely apply digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT, cloud computing... in the production and business activities of the Corporation.
