120 days of creative emulation, breakthrough to celebrate the 14th Party Congress

Focus on emulation movements in the non-state enterprise sector

In order to promote patriotic emulation movements among union officials, union members, and workers to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, contributing to promoting economic growth, ensuring the growth target of the whole country in 2025 of 8% or more, the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor issued a Plan to launch a peak emulation period among union officials, union members, and workers.

The emulation period has the theme: 120 days of creativity, breakthrough, and successful completion of goals and tasks in 2025"; period from September 1 to December 31, 2025.

The emulation period was organized to create a climax to promote emulation activities to achieve achievements to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party, the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress; demonstrating the spirit, belief and determination to act of union cadres, union members and workers nationwide.

Strongly arouse and spread the spirit of patriotism and aspiration for national development, affirming the pioneering and core role of the working class and trade union organizations in emulation of labor production, striving to complete and exceed the socio-economic development targets in 2025, contributing significantly to the implementation of the national GDP growth target of 8% or more.

Organize emulation movements close to political tasks and practical conditions, focus on sprinting, accelerating progress, ensuring the quality of works and products; promote initiatives, contributing to increasing labor productivity, saving costs, improving production, business and work efficiency. Focus on emulation movements in the non-state enterprise sector.

Promoting patriotism and self-reliance of union members and workers

Trade unions at all levels will focus on emulation contents such as focusing on organizing and implementing a peak emulation movement with a spirit of innovation, action, efficiency, creating a strong momentum towards successfully completing the tasks in 2025. Strengthen communication about the exciting emulation atmosphere to welcome the Party Congress and Patriotic Emulation Congress, associated with commendation of outstanding models, initiatives and achievements in the entire system.

Strongly respond to the emulation movement launched by the Government. Specificate the contents, targets, and tasks of major emulation such as: "Emulation to complete the growth target of 8%", "Emulation to innovate, transform digitally", " scope of digital education", "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure; practicing thrift and fighting waste" associated with each field, branch, locality, and unit.

Compete to implement major programs and projects according to Resolution 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, with a focus on: Developing union members, establishing grassroots unions; caring for workers; improving staff capacity in the spirit of (1) "Real care, timely action": Resolutely in activities to care for welfare; represent and protect the rights of workers; have initiatives to care for Tet, stabilize employment at the end of the year; promptly dialogue and remove difficulties for union members and workers affected by cuts, fires, and lack of jobs. (2) "Smooth operation, improving operational efficiency": Linking emulation with the operation of the apparatus according to a new model, improving work efficiency, improving working style; resolutely fighting against stagnation, formality, avoiding responsibility; highlighting the exemplary role and innovation of trade union officials at all levels.

Cadres, union members and workers compete to promote patriotism, self-reliance, self-reliance and aspiration to rise up of union members and workers; strongly promote creativity, improve, speed up production, exceed targets and tasks by the end of 2025, contribute to sustainable development with businesses and the whole country to complete the GDP growth target of 8% or more.

Deploy the "120 days of water retreat" model with the determination to overcome all difficulties and obstacles, complete on schedule, ensure the quality of the works and the congress work. Organize peak emulation races such as: "Acceleration, breakthrough, finish", "racing overtime, finish early", "Every week an initiative", "Each team has a solution to overcome difficulties".

Emulate to promote initiatives, improve labor productivity: Each civil servant, worker, and laborers is an emulation fighter; each workshop and team is a center for creativity and productivity. Boldly propose and apply initiatives and solutions to improve techniques, innovate processes, rationalize production; maximize the efficiency of time, equipment, and materials, contributing to lowering costs, increasing productivity and product quality.
