Statistics from the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center on recruitment demand on the Ho Chi Minh City job information portal according to the criteria of 27 occupations at the head office (formerly Ho Chi Minh City) show that in September 2025, the total recruitment demand is 16,066 people.
Of which, the recruitment demand for unlicensed technical workers accounts for 34.56%, for those with short-term vocational certificates under 3 months is 20.90%, for those with elementary vocational training for 3 - 12 months is 7.58%.
The recruitment demand for people with a university degree is 11.2%, college degree is 16.04% and intermediate degree is 9.73%.
