In 2026, Dak Lak plans to provide job counseling to 64,000 people

On January 21, the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center said that in 2026, the unit plans to organize job and career counseling for about 64,000 people.

Of which, about 35,000 people were provided with job counseling; 4,0005,000 people were provided with in-depth counseling on labor export; about 7,500 people were introduced to jobs, striving to have about 2,000 people have jobs after the introduction.

In addition, the center will collect recruitment demand information from about 2,500 agencies and enterprises; and provide labor market information to about 65,000 units, enterprises and workers.

Previously, in 2025, the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center achieved many outstanding results in job consultation, vocation and policies for workers. The total number of people consulted reached 102,600, exceeding the annual plan by 60.31% (64,000).

Specifically, about 78,000 people were provided with job counseling; 19,500 people receiving unemployment benefits were provided with vocational training counseling; 5,100 people were provided with labor export counseling.

Mr. Le Hai Ly - Director of the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center said that in 2026, the demand for jobs in the area is forecast to continue to increase.

The Center will increase the application of information technology in records management, data entry and data exploitation; at the same time, promote consultation and career orientation for young people, students, unemployed people and rural workers who need to change jobs.

In addition, the center will coordinate with businesses to send workers to work abroad to expand the market, prioritizing new markets with low costs, high income, and suitable recruitment conditions.

Thereby, increasing the exploitation of information on vocational training, job search and labor export for employees who are registering to receive unemployment insurance benefits.
