In 2025, Dak Lak will provide vocational training and job counseling to about 100,000 people
Dak Lak - In 2025, the authorities provided job counseling and introduced vocational training to about 100,000 people in the area.
On January 19, the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center said that in 2025, the unit achieved many outstanding results in job consultation, vocational skills and policies for workers.
The total number of people consulted reached 102,600, exceeding the annual plan by 60.31% (64,000).
Of which, about 78,000 people were provided with job counseling; 19,500 workers receiving unemployment benefits were provided with vocational training counseling; 5,100 people were provided with labor export counseling.
In 2025, the center will promote propaganda on policies on employment, unemployment insurance, vocational training, etc., focusing on increasing the application of information technology.
Propaganda content is deployed on many social networking platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, contributing to expanding information access for workers.
The Center also proactively coordinates with agencies and organizations to organize employment service activities at the grassroots level, bringing information to communes, wards, villages and hamlets in the province.
Mr. Le Hai Ly - Director of the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center - said that in addition to the achieved results, last year the unit encountered many difficulties and challenges due to many changes in the organizational apparatus.
The merger of departments, branches, the implementation of the two-level government model and the merger of provinces and cities have caused a high workload while the staff working in labor and employment has many fluctuations, and funding is allocated slowly, affecting consulting and job introduction activities.
According to Mr. Ly, in 2026, the center will continue to strengthen coordination with businesses sending workers to work abroad, expanding the labor market.
The center also promotes the exploitation of information on vocational training, job search and labor export for workers receiving unemployment insurance benefits. Thereby, in order to better meet employment needs and ensure social security in the area.
