Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor deploys application to receive workers' opinions
Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor put into operation an application to receive recommendations and feedback from union members, helping to increase interaction and protect workers' rights more effectively.
On August 26, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that in order to continue implementing Resolution No. 03/NQ-BCH on innovating trade union methods, focusing on digital transformation, the Provincial Federation of Labor has put into operation the application "Receiving opinions, recommendations, and reflections from union members and workers".
The application aims to enhance interaction between workers and trade unions, support union members to quickly reflect issues related to policies, benefits, working conditions, trade union activities, etc.
All received information will be confidential, contributing to administrative reform, improving the effectiveness of direction and management and synthesizing the situation at the grassroots level.
Union members and workers can access and send feedback through the Provincial Federation of Labor's electronic information portal, in the section "Receiving opinions and recommendations from union members and workers" with simple and convenient operations.
