Elderly workers receive job support and loans
Hanoi Employment Service Center said that the unit will organize a job fair for elderly workers, expected to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
Hanoi Employment Service Center said that the program has close coordination between the Hanoi City Association of the Elderly and business associations in the area.
The festival is designed into a comprehensive support program (jobs - health - skills), organized directly combined online through the Hanoi job fair.
The program attracts 50 businesses and vocational education institutions with 300 practical recruitment targets, suitable for the physical condition of the elderly.
Hanoi Employment Service Center will advise at least 300 elderly workers; conduct more than 200 direct interviews. For in-depth support, the Center will complete 20 loan applications; guide 150 people to receive applications after the event.
In particular, older workers are also guided on basic digital skills to easily integrate, and at the same time receive free health check-ups and consultations by reputable doctors.
Through exchange activities with exemplary elderly workers and startups, the festival strongly spreads stories of "real people, real things". Thereby, encouraging businesses to open their arms and appreciate the experiences of previous generations," said a representative of the Hanoi Employment Service Center.
