Khanh Hoa surveys labor needs in the industrial and energy sectors
Khanh Hoa will conduct a survey of labor needs in the industrial and energy sectors to supplement quality human resources for the period 2026-2030
On January 6, the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa province informed about a survey of labor demand and employment in the industrial and energy sectors in the province.
This activity aims to serve the goal of developing these two sectors to become pillars of economic growth momentum in the period of 20262030.
Accordingly, in December 2025, the department issued plan No. 7114/KH-SNV, in coordination with the Department of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies to implement labor survey activities according to the policies of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province on the orientation for industrial - energy development in the new period.
The survey aims to grasp the employment needs and career conversion of workers in the industrial and energy sectors.
At the same time, collect information about professional qualifications, skills, experience and job desires to serve as a basis for appropriate job consultation and introduction.
In addition, the survey results will serve the work of forecasting labor market demand in the 2026-2030 period, orienting vocational training, retraining and improving skills for workers.
Strengthen connections between workers and businesses, especially businesses in economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters and energy projects in the province.
Khanh Hoa Employment Service Center is the focal unit for support. The survey scope is deployed throughout Khanh Hoa province. The subjects are workers and enterprises operating in the fields of industry and energy.
Employees participating in the survey will be given free job consultation, career orientation, connections with businesses with recruitment needs, considered for participation in vocational training classes, and improved skills according to market demand.
In particular, priority is given to participating in thematic job fairs organized by Khanh Hoa Employment Service Center.
Workers need to complete the survey form with main information groups such as: Personal information, employment status, educational qualifications, vocational skills, work experience, job needs (profession, position, location, salary, form of work, time of work readiness); need for support in consulting and training.
In October 2025, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a Plan to develop the industry and energy sector to become a pillar of economic growth momentum for the period 2026-2030
In particular, the goal is to position Khanh Hoa as a national energy center and a high-growth port of the country.
The plan sets out 14 key groups of tasks, including: Policy to attract investment in high-value, environmentally friendly industries; allocate budget to create clean land funds for industrial parks and clusters; establish a provincial-level Investment Promotion Board; develop high-quality human resources; promote international cooperation; invest in power transmission infrastructure; enhance international training and cooperation in the field of renewable energy in the 2026-2030 period.
