Thousands of people attend the 1st Employment Day 2025 in Hai Phong
Hai Phong - On the morning of December 6, the City Labor Federation held a conference to promote employment; train workers on skills in organizing collective activities.
The program attracted thousands of workers, students, and soldiers preparing for discharge from military units in the city. At the program, 9 units and enterprises have booths at the Job Fair to introduce information about the enrollment and recruitment needs of their units. In which, the two universities, Vietnam Maritime University and Sao Do University, informed about the scale, enrollment plans, training majors of the school as well as the enrollment and career guidance cooperation programs that the school is implementing.
7 large enterprises such as LG Electronics Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd., red red red: Miracle International Vietnam, Liteon Vietnam, Tinh Loi Garment, Jasan Vietnam, Brother Vietnam, Sumidenso Vietnam... also informed about the scale of the enterprise, production and business situation, demand for recruiting a large number of workers as well as some preferential policies that enterprises are applying to attract workers.
Also within the framework of the program, workers are trained in skills to organize collective activities, participate in lucky draw programs with many attractive gifts.

This is one of the main activities at the 2025 Job Fair organized for the first time by the City Labor Federation. The festival took place over 3 days, from December 5 to 7 at the Vietnam-C around-Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace.
