Điển hình như: Công ty Cổ phần May xuất khẩu Hà Bắc (phường Việt Yên) hỗ trợ 2,2 triệu đồng/15 ngày cho công nhân giai đoạn học việc và bố trí xe đưa đón tại các xã: Lạng Giang, Tân Yên, Yên Thế, Lục Nam và tỉnh Lạng Sơn; Công ty TNHH Pearl Global Việt Nam, Cụm công nghiệp Dĩnh Trì (phường Bắc Giang) thưởng 5 triệu đồng cho người giới thiệu được 1 công nhân và thưởng đầu vào cho công nhân mới, mức từ 5-10 triệu đồng/người theo đánh giá tay nghề; Công ty TNHH Peony (Khu công nghiệp VSIP) thưởng 6 triệu đồng cho công nhân cũ quay lại nhà máy làm việc...
