Rental price range for worker accommodation in industrial parks in Bac Ninh province

According to Decision No. 69/2025/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, the price frame for renting worker accommodation in industrial parks in Bac Ninh province is specifically as follows:

For houses with 5 or less floors, the minimum price is VND 18,000/m2 of floor space/month; the maximum price is VND 170,000/m2 of floor space/month.

For houses with 5 or more floors, equal to or smaller than 10, the minimum price is 20,000 VND/m2 of floor space/month; the maximum price is 200,000 VND/m2 of floor space/month.

For houses with 10 or more floors, equal to or smaller than 15, the minimum price is 22,000 VND/m2 of usable floor/month; the maximum price is 225,000 VND/m2 of usable floor/month. For houses with more than 15 floors, the minimum price is 25,000 VND/m2 of floor space/month; the maximum price is 250,000 VND/m2 of floor space/month.

The price range does not include: Value Added Tax; management and operation service price; fire and explosion insurance purchase cost, parking cost, fuel consumption cost, energy, domestic water, television services, communications, remuneration for the Management Board of the accommodation and other service costs for private use of the owner and user of the accommodation.
