Hanoi - The sharp increase in job demand at the end of the year has caused many businesses to rush to recruit, including positions with salaries of 20-30 million VND/month.
At the end of the year, the demand for production and consumption increased sharply, causing many businesses in Hanoi to continuously participate in job fairs to find workers. Recruitment demand is mainly concentrated in the business, service, engineering and construction sectors.
At the job fair, Ms. Dang Thi Hao - accountant of Lan Chi Mart Dong Anh supermarket - said that the number of customers shopping at the end of the year has increased, so the unit is proactively looking for new employees. With high demand and a wide recruitment age, she hopes recruitment will be more favorable.
"Currently, the supermarket is in need of 20 official personnel and 15 seasonal personnel. The most missing position is sales staff, and this is a very important two position. We enroll students aged 18 to 45 who can graduate and do not require a high degree, said Ms. Hao.
Despite the increased recruitment demand, many businesses still have difficulty finding human resources at the end of the year. Therefore, many units have introduced competitive treatment and salary bonuses to attract workers.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong, the recruitment manager of Dong Hung Industrial Joint Stock Company, said: Currently, the company needs the most sales staff and seasonal workers because the workload at the end of the year is very large. The salary in the positions ranges from 20-30 million VND/month. For welders, the salary is from 13-18 million VND/month, or even higher depending on the time of production. The company also ensures full insurance policies and creates conditions for long-time employees to participate in life insurance".
According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, in November 2025, the unit introduced jobs to 5,345 people. In December 2025, the Center plans to organize 20 job fairs, including 17 regular sessions, one IT session and one for demobilized soldiers.
In the context of a vibrant year-end labor market, job fairs continue to be an important bridge between businesses and workers. When recruitment demand increases, while businesses expand incentive policies to attract candidates, the Hanoi labor market is expected to meet production and business needs, contribute to stabilizing jobs and supporting economic development in the last months of the year.
