Exciting atmosphere from 90 recruitment offices

According to the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, nearly 90 businesses registered for recruitment booths at the job fair with a need for more than 16,000 workers.

Regina Miracle International Vietnam Co., Ltd. (VSIP Industrial Park) needs to recruit up to 10,000 workers; Vinfast Hai Phong Factory (Dinh Vu Industrial Park) recruits 2,000 workers; Aachen SV Co., Ltd. (Do Son Industrial Park) recruits 1,000 workers aged 18-45... Some others also recruit a large number of workers at the festival such as Sumidenso Co., Ltd. (Dai An Industrial Park), Maple Co., Ltd. (VSIP Industrial Park), LG Innotek Co., LG Electronics (Trang Due Industrial Park) ...

As one of 90 businesses participating in the recruitment at the Festival, Mr. Yun Yong Chun - Deputy General Director of LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. - said that at the job fair, LG Innotek brings diverse job opportunities in all positions, from production workshop, technical management, office staff to senior management positions. Workers at LGI will enjoy policies and salaries higher than the market average, along with many diverse welfare regimes.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of the City Labor Federation - said that after the merger, the city has nearly 2.1 million workers. Through grasping the employment situation of businesses, many businesses are in need of additional workers, estimating the recruitment demand to be up to 100,000 - 120,000 workers. Therefore, the 1st Employment Consulting Festival in 2025 is organized by the City Labor Federation to create an effective bridge between workers ( freelance workers, demobilized soldiers, students) and businesses; contributing to job creation, sustainable labor restructuring, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development of the city and the country.

Early "Tet" for union members

Not only a place to connect labor supply and demand, the 1st Employment Day in 2025 is truly a festival for union members and workers with a series of events to care for the material and spiritual life and welfare of union members. The "Red Drops of Love" program attracted a large number of union members, workers, and laborers with more than 1,000 registrants participating, collecting 894 units of blood.

Hundreds of workers received health check-ups, screening for risk factors for cardiovascular disease - stroke and metabolic diseases; 300 union members received free motorbike oil changes; shopping at more than 20 regional food stalls at preferential prices. The City Labor Federation also gave 50 gifts (each worth VND500,000 in cash and a bag of gifts in kind) to workers in difficult circumstances at the festival.

Mr. An Van Nam - a union member of Hai Duong Children's Hospital - excitedly said that this was the 10th time Mr. Nam participated in voluntary blood donation.

In particular, within the framework of the festival, workers will participate in answering questions about social housing policies, propagating the Social Insurance Law and the Trade Union Law with rich and practical content. According to preliminary statistics from the organizing committee, the job fair attracted nearly 20,000 direct participants, about 80,000 followers through 6 live livestream channels of the City Labor Federation.
