Dien Bien selects 95 labor mediators

Recently, the People's Committee of Dien Bien province issued a plan on the selection and appointment of labor mediators in the province.

The goal of this selection is to build a harmonious labor relations system, in line with market mechanisms and minimize arising labor disputes.

According to the plan, the subjects applying for the admission are Vietnamese citizens with full civil act capacity, good health and moral qualities. In particular, candidates must have a university degree or higher and have at least 3 years of experience working in a field related to labor relations.

The total target for this round of selection is 95 people. Of which, the Department of Home Affairs has 3 people; Dien Bien Phu ward and Muong Thanh ward (3 people/unit); the remaining communes/wards (2 people/unit).

The selection method is done through the form of document approval. After being appointed, labor mediators will enjoy support regimes according to Government regulations.

Workers who want to participate should submit their application directly to the Department of Home Affairs or the Department of Culture - Social Affairs of the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province. There is no fee for admission.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to appraise the applications for recruiting labor mediators, select and make a list and appointment position of each recruited labor mediator, and submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and appointment.
