Dong Nai - Companies need to recruit about 11,660 workers, of which the textile and footwear alone need more than 4,000 people.
On July 29, According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, there are currently 391 enterprises in Dong Nai reporting recruitment needs of about 11,660 workers, of which unskilled workers are 6,240 people, accounting for more than 50%.
The industries that need to recruit many workers are textiles, footwear (more than 4,000 people), wood furniture (more than 2,900 people), electronics (1,883 people).
To connect labor supply and demand, Dong Nai Employment Service Center will increase the organization of fixed and mobile job exchanges; support businesses to directly go to remote localities to recruit workers.
