Workers' shift meal worth VND 60,000/meal at a garment company in Dong Nai
Dong Nai - Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company organized a shift meal worth VND 60,000/meal for more than 2,300 union members and workers.
On July 28, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), the grassroots Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Thong Nhat commune) to organize a warm and meaningful Trade Union Meal for more than 2,300 union members and workers.
Ms. Bui Thi Nhan - Vice President of Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor and the working delegation attended the Union Meal with the company and workers.
According to the reporter's records, the special Union Meal on July 28 includes the following dishes: fried chicken thighs/ fried chicken wings, stir-fried squid, bone soup and dessert yogurt. The value of the portion is 60,000 VND/serving.
According to Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company, the Union Meal is an activity to express gratitude for the continuous contributions of all staff and workers, enhancing solidarity in the labor collective.
At the same time, it affirms the important role of trade unions in connecting, protecting rights and spreading the spirit of solidarity in the working environment.
Previously, on July 22, also in the series of activities to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the grassroots Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company to organize a gift giving ceremony for more than 2,300 union members of the company, with a total amount of over 430 million VND.
