Informing about the Hanoi labor market in the second quarter of 2025, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center Vu Quang Thanh said that in the second quarter of 2025, businesses and units in Hanoi City need to recruit about 100,000 - 120,000 workers.

As of June 2025 alone, the industries that need to recruit many workers in Hanoi include: Trade, services, manufacturing and processing industry, information technology and logistics. Sectors such as textiles, footwear and health care also have a large recruitment demand.
"It is noteworthy that the information technology sector alone is tending to recruit many personnel in positions with high expertise and rich experience to lead digital transformation projects and new technology ideas. However, the demand for recruiting young, newly graduated human resources in this field shows signs of stagnation, said Mr. Vu Quang Thanh.
