The General Confederation awarded the title of Grassroots Emulation Soldier to individuals
Hanoi - On the morning of May 4, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded emulation titles to individuals.
On the morning of May 4, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor organized the flag salute ceremony for the second quarter of 2026 and commended and rewarded individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.
Attending the program were Mr. and Mrs.: Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Ngo Duy Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President of the General Confederation; Thai Thu Xuong - Standing Vice President of the General Confederation; Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice President of the General Confederation and the Standing Committees of the Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Presidium of the General Confederation.
Implementing regulations on organizing periodic flag salute ceremonies, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor solemnly organizes the 2026 Q2 flag salute ceremony to raise political awareness and the spirit of responsibility of cadres, civil servants, and laborers in performing tasks. At the program, all cadres, civil servants, and laborers sang the National Anthem and performed the 2026 Q2 flag salute ceremony seriously and solemnly.
Also at the flag salute ceremony, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor organized commendation and rewarding of individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025 and the first quarter of 2026: Awarding Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to 12 individuals under the General Confederation; awarding Certificates of Merit from the Executive Committee of the General Confederation to 6 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building a strong Trade Union organization in 2025; rewarding 4 party members who excellently completed their tasks in the first quarter of 2026; and unexpectedly rewarding 4 individuals who excellently completed their tasks in the first quarter of 2026.
