Enterprises participating in welfare programs in Bac Ninh receive certificates of merit

The Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) has just held a conference to deploy trade union tasks in 2026.

In the program, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to enterprises that actively implement the welfare program for union members and workers in 2025.

According to the assessment of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, in 2025, trade union activities in Bac Ninh will continue to change positively in the context of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus. The locality is considered a place where commune and ward trade unions were established early and maintained stable and effective operations.

Currently, the Provincial Federation of Labor directly manages nearly 2,000 grassroots trade unions of enterprises and public service units that do not receive 100% of their salaries from the state budget, with more than 631.5 thousand union members. On a large scale, the young and widely distributed labor force creates many challenges, but trade unions at all levels have made efforts to effectively implement the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

Along with economic development, many enterprises have participated in clearly demonstrating social responsibility when accompanying trade unions in welfare programs. These activities focus on improving the material and spiritual life of union members, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.

The Trade Union Tet Market program is one of the notable activities, creating conditions for workers to access essential goods at preferential prices, reducing spending pressure during holidays and Tet.

Among the businesses that have accompanied for many years, TAPUHO Vietnam Co., Ltd. is recognized for its practical contributions. In 2025, the enterprise has coordinated with grassroots unions to provide a large quantity of household products as gifts for workers in many enterprises and industrial parks. Substantial participation in trade union welfare programs has contributed to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities and creating a foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.

In recognition of those contributions, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor awarded a Certificate of Merit to TAPUHO Vietnam Co., Ltd. for its achievements in implementing the cooperation agreement on the welfare program for union members and workers in 2025.
