Regulations on paying overtime wages for teachers with retirement decisions

Clause 7, Article 3 of Circular 21/2025/TT-BGDDT general regulations on calculating overtime pay as follows:

The time to pay teachers for overtime teaching wages is after the end of the school year. In case teachers retire, quit, are transferred, or are transferred, the payment of overtime teaching salary will be made at the time of the decision to retire, quit, be transferred, or are transferred by the competent authority.

Thus, according to the above regulations, the payment of overtime teaching wages for retired teachers will be made at the time of a retirement decision by the competent authority.
