Promoting the role of trade union organizations in building labor relations

According to the Trade Union of Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (Petrovietnam), in 2026, trade union levels in the Group will focus on implementing work programs in a practical direction, associated with the production and business tasks of the unit as well as the needs and rights of union members and employees.

In which, the focus is on promoting propaganda and thoroughly grasping the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; promoting the role of the Trade Union organization in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.

Regarding the key work program for 2026 of the Executive Committee of Petrovietnam Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha - Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of Petrovietnam Trade Union affirmed that trade union levels in the Group will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovate the content and methods of operation, strongly focus on grassroots levels, and put workers at the center of action programs.

Thereby contributing to the Group to successfully complete the assigned tasks, while ensuring increasingly better legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
