Workers' dialogue at Cam Lo Energy Plant
Quang Tri - Cam Lo Energy Plant organizes employee dialogue, deploys production and business plan for 2026.
On February 2nd, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that leaders and the Trade Union of the Cam Lo Energy Plant department (under Quang Tri Trading Corporation JSC) organized a Workers' Dialogue Conference and deployed the production and business plan for 2026.
The conference was organized with the full participation of the Board of Directors and all officials and employees of the factory. The dialogue took place in an open and democratic atmosphere, creating conditions for workers to frankly express their thoughts and aspirations, and at the same time contribute many constructive opinions to promote the unit's sustainable development.
At the conference, many practical opinions related to working conditions, policies, labor safety and the lives of workers were listened to, recorded and directly answered and clarified by the leaders and the Executive Committee of the Factory Trade Union.
On this occasion, Cam Lo Energy Plant also organized Tet gifts, encouraging workers before the New Year, showing concern, sharing and solidarity in the collective of workers.
The conference was assessed as a meaningful activity, contributing to consolidating trust, strengthening consensus, and creating motivation for the collective of Vien Energy Plant Cam Lo to enter 2026 with a spirit of solidarity, responsibility, innovation and sustainable development.
