Phu Tho - The company's Board of Directors and the Trade Union of Compal Vietnam Co., Ltd. have just organized a periodic dialogue with representatives of workers in departments and workshops.
Compal Vietnam Co., Ltd. is located in Ba Thien Industrial Park, Phu Tho province with 16,000 workers and laborers.
In an open and frank atmosphere, the conference listened to 15 opinions of workers related to policies, wages, bonuses, cafetaries, benefits, improving conditions, working environment, etc.
The recommendations, proposals and wishes of workers at the conference positions were discussed and answered directly and appropriately by the leaders of Compal Vietnam Co., Ltd. and functional departments.
The company's leaders acknowledge and thank the recommendations with a high sense of responsibility of the collective of employees. The Board of Directors recommends that departments and workshops resolve the work quickly, concisely, accurately and effectively.
