Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company organizes periodic dialogues

The regular dialogue conference took place under the chairmanship of Mr. Nguyen Hai Duc - General Director of the Company; Nguyen Manh Thong - Chairman of the Trade Union, representing the collective of workers.

In a frank and open spirit, the dialogue team made recommendations related to the regime, policies, working conditions, and labor safety that were compiled from the opinions of workers. These contents were directly answered by the Company's leaders at the Conference. The remaining issues are recorded and reviewed and responded to as soon as possible.

Thereby, it clearly demonstrates the sense of responsibility of the Board of Directors in caring for the legitimate rights of workers, especially in demonstrating the democratic spirit of the unit, while strengthening solidarity and creating trust among the staff and workers.

As a representative of the collective of employees, Chairman of the Trade Union Nguyen Manh Thong acknowledged the Company's Board of Directors' attention to the opinions and recommendations at the Conference.

The Chairman of the Company's Trade Union also expressed his determination to work with the collective of employees to accompany and make efforts to successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to the stable and sustainable development of the Company.
