Update the list of units that are 2 weeks late in paying social insurance/time near Tet

The Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just announced the conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Thi Dieu Thuy at a meeting to listen to a report on the situation of labor, employment and labor relations during the Lunar New Year 2026.

Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Thi Dieu Thuy suggested that the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance agency review and update the list of units that are late in paying social insurance periodically every month, especially during the period before Tet, it is necessary to increase the frequency of reporting twice a week.

The review results need to be notified to the Department of Home Affairs, the Management Board of Export Processing and Industrial Zones, the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park and the People's Committees of wards, communes and special zones according to the management area.

Vice Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Thi Dieu Thuy also requested the Department of Home Affairs, the Management Board of Export Processing and Industrial Zones, the Management Board of the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park and the People's Committees of wards, communes and special zones to proactively grasp the situation of unpaid wages and difficulties of enterprises in order to soon forecast the risk of arising labor disputes.
