Establishing working records for 1,333 units that are late in paying insurance in Dong Nai

On November 23, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a document conveying the direction of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, assigning the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Finance, the Tax Department of Dong Nai province, the Customs Branch of the XVIII region, the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones, the Provincial Police, the People's Committees of communes and wards according to their assigned functions and tasks, in coordination with the Social Insurance of Dong Nai province to continue to strengthen inspection, examination, and handling of units that are intentionally late in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; advising the Provincial People's Committee on contents beyond their authority.

Regarding the situation of late payment, evasion of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, according to Dong Nai Provincial Social Insurance, the unit has urged units to pay monthly fees on time, provide the amount payable and the amount of monthly interest arising for each unit; direct specialized collection officers to closely follow the assigned units to grasp the operating situation, compare data, and provide timely instructions for payment.

Dong Nai Province Social Insurance has sent 19,727 notices of late payment and established working records for 1,333 units that were late in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance to inspect 52 units, coordinating with the Department of Home Affairs to inspect 15 units.

However, by October 2025, businesses are still late in paying and evading social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
