Dak Lak Fatherland Front Committee joins hands to stabilize more than 5,300 poor households

On December 23, Mr. Pham Van Bay, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province, said that in 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province mobilized social resources to build and repair 5,387 houses for poor, near-poor households and families in especially difficult circumstances in the area.

Along with social security work, the Front at all levels actively mobilized and supported humanitarian activities. During the year, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee called for and received more than VND6.6 billion to support the Cuban people; the Provincial Relief Fund received over VND7.8 billion to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10.

In addition, Dong Nai province also supported 38 billion VND to the Dak Lak Province "For the Poor" Fund.

From the sponsorship of Petrolimex Dak Lak LLC, the front has built 3 houses of gratitude and solidarity with a total cost of 240 million VND.

The whole province has also mobilized more than 132 billion VND to overcome the consequences of natural disasters; received and distributed about 1,500 tons of goods worth nearly 42 billion VND and more than 4,000 gifts to support people in need.

In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of communes and wards, along with socio-political organizations such as the Women's Union, the Labor Federation, the Farmers' Association, the Provincial Youth Union, and the Veterans' Association, have implemented many practical and meaningful activities at the grassroots level.

Last year, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee continued to innovate its content and methods of operation, closely following the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the orientation of the Central Committee, promoting its core role in building the great national unity bloc.

Propaganda and mobilization work has been implemented synchronously, associated with patriotic emulation movements and major campaigns, contributing to strengthening trust, creating social consensus and promoting the socio-economic development of the province.

Social supervision and criticism activities are increasingly in-depth, with many reasonable recommendations, promptly reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of the people, contributing to promoting democracy, improving the effectiveness of state management and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people.
