Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Ha Trung Kien - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee - emphasized that implementing the emulation movement associated with implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Fatherland Front Congress is a key and continuous task.
