As of 3 pm on March 15, nearly 100% of voters in Dien Bien and Lai Chau completed voting

According to a quick summary by the Dien Bien Provincial Election Commission, as of 3 pm on March 15, the whole province had over 403,000 voters participating in voting for the election of National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term and People's Council Deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, reaching a rate of about 98.97%.

In which, 14 communes had a voter turnout rate of 100%; 724/926 constituencies had a voter turnout rate of 100%.

Lai Chau has 15 communes with a voter turnout rate of 100%; 699/854 polling areas have completed 100% of voter turnout.
