The Da Nang City Fatherland Front Fund for the Poor has mobilized 535.28 billion VND

News from the Da Nang City Fatherland Front on June 13 said: The "For the Poor" Fund of the Da Nang City Front at all levels has mobilized 535.28 billion VND after 10 years of implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas".

From this fund, the Front at all levels has supported the construction and repair of 8,806 houses with a total amount of more than 150 billion VND; supported livelihoods for 203,590 cases with a total amount of 61.663 billion VND for poor households, near-poor households, households with special difficulties in developing production and business, having stable jobs and income, and rising out of poverty sustainably.

The campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" was implemented by the City Front at all levels with 5 contents: Propaganda and mobilizing people to actively participate in economic development, help each other reduce poverty, improve their lives; build cultural life, care for the cause of education, take care of people's health, promote the tradition of "repaying gratitude" and "mutual love"; participate in building a bright, green, clean, beautiful environment; unite to comply with the law, ensure social order and safety; promote democracy, actively participate in social supervision and criticism, build a clean and strong grassroots political system.

After nearly 10 years of implementation, the Front at all levels has organized 197 training conferences with more than 28,193 participants; organized 187 competitions, 84 seminars exchanging experiences on the implementation of the Campaign; deployed 250 self-management models in residential areas to implement the Campaign.
