Hai Duong Ward, Hai Phong City completes personnel for unions after merger
Hai Phong - The improvement of the organization and personnel of associations and unions in Hai Duong ward contributes to improving the effectiveness of activities in the new period.
On the afternoon of July 31, socio-political organizations of Hai Duong ward (Hai Phong city) held a conference to announce personnel decisions and introduce the Executive Committee of new term organizations. Attending and directing the conference were Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee - along with representatives of the leaders of associations, unions and members of the new Executive Committee.
At the conference, the decisions to establish the ward's socio-political organizations including: Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans Association and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union were announced. On that basis, key positions for each organization are also appointed to soon perfect the apparatus and stabilize operations after the ward is established on the basis of the merger.
This personnel improvement not only shows the proactive spirit in building the political system but also aims to improve the quality of activities of mass organizations, promote the core role in propaganda, mobilizing people, organizing patriotic emulation movements and participating in building the government.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong emphasized that socio-political organizations are an important force in promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, a bridge between the Party and the people. Ms. Phuong suggested that comrades in the Executive Committees of associations and unions continue to promote a sense of responsibility, urgently stabilize the organization, build a working program close to the local reality, innovate the content and methods of operation to effectively carry out assigned tasks.
Immediately after the conference to announce the decision, the ward's socio-political organizations also held the first Executive Committee meeting to discuss, approve the operating regulations and determine key tasks in the coming time.
