Lam Dong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Tuyen attended the opening ceremony of the 2025 - 2026 school year.

On the morning of September 5, together with the whole country, the opening ceremony of the new school year 2025 - 2026 at Thanh My Secondary School, Don Duong commune, Lam Dong province took place solemnly, happily and enthusiastically.

Participating were Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), President of the Vietnam Women's Union (VFF); Ms. Pham Thi Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province.

Also attending were a working delegation from the Central Government, leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and Don Duong commune, and officials, teachers, staff, and students of Thanh My Secondary School.

The opening ceremony was organized nationwide online by the Ministry of Education and Training, combining the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day (September 2); the 80th anniversary of the founding of the National Ministry of Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training).

This is a big festival, the beginning of the journey of innovation and creativity of each teacher and student, towards a better quality school year.

In the new school year 2025 - 2026, Thanh My Secondary School welcomed 355 students to grade 6 - primary school; the whole school has 31 classes with 1,348 students and 65 staff, teachers and employees. The collective of teachers and students of Thanh My Secondary School expressed their determination to unite, make every effort, and aspirate to reach out, worthy of the attention and expectations of the Party, State and people.

Here, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam Women's Union - presented a symbol of giving 100 gifts to orphans in difficult circumstances in Lam Dong province on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival and the opening of the new school year.

At the same time, the Vietnam Women's Union presented 30 gifts to students of Thanh My Secondary School, each gift worth 1,000,000 VND and a gift worth 300,000 VND.

On this occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province - Ms. Pham Thi Phuc - also presented flowers to congratulate teachers and students; presented 20 scholarships from the Provincial People's Committee to students who overcome difficulties to improve their studies, each worth 1,000,000 VND.

Leaders of Don Duong commune, Agribank and the Tran Thanh My Town Education Promotion Association (old) presented congratulatory flowers and awarded 20 scholarships to students of Thanh My Secondary School.
