On the morning of January 13, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a conference to collect voters' opinions at work on those expected to run for the 16th National Assembly Delegation.
At the conference, voters listened to comrade Nguyen Phi Long - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations - thoroughly grasp the purpose, requirements, and standards of National Assembly deputies; introduce the list of people expected to run for National Assembly deputies of the 16th tenure, including:
Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Comrade Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions.
Comrade Vu Van Tien - Member of the Presidium, Member of the Party Executive Committee, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Comrade Nguyen Quynh Lien - Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, 10th tenure, Head of the Committee for Democracy, Supervision and Social Debate, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
After listening to a summary of the biographies of the personnel running for the 16th National Assembly, the voters in the speech affirmed that the personnel expected to run for the 16th National Assembly have solid political qualities, capacity in work, ensure capacity, courage, and intelligence to meet the requirements of running for the 16th National Assembly.
The opinions of voters highly appreciated the experience, rich practical vision, especially the affection and responsibility of comrades for their work.
At the conference, 100% of voters unanimously voted to introduce comrades: Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Ha Thi Nga, Nguyen Thai Hoc to run for 16th National Assembly delegates; unanimously introduced comrades: Vu Van Tien, Nguyen Quynh Lien to run for 16th National Assembly full-time delegates.
Representing the comrades expected to run for the 16th National Assembly, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front thanked the attention, trust and confidence of the voters of the agency for introducing the comrades running for the 16th National Assembly.
According to comrade Ha Thi Nga, this is an honor, pride, and at the same time a huge responsibility for him personally and the comrades recommended for this nomination.
"We clearly recognize that National Assembly deputies are not only deputies of the people, representing the people to participate in deciding on important issues of the country, but also a bridge between the State and the people. That responsibility requires each delegate to be truly exemplary, objective, close to the people, listen to the people, respect the people and to honestly reflect the opinions and aspirations of voters at the National Assembly forums," said Comrade Ha Thi Nga.
On behalf of the introduced comrades, comrade Ha Thi Nga said that, regardless of the working position, if she is honored to be elected by voters to become a delegate of the 16th National Assembly, she will continue to practice political courage, maintain moral qualities, and promote her working experience to actively participate in legislative work and the National Assembly's supervision activities according to regulations.
