Through verification, the man was T.V.B (born in 2019, residing in Na Nhi village, Tan Tri commune, Lang Son province). Due to health problems, Mr. B got lost in Quang Tri.

Vinh Thuy Commune Police then contacted his family and the Hanoi bus company, arranging to take him back in the evening of October 1.
