Lang Son focuses on improving the quality of front work, preparing for the Provincial Fatherland Front Congress

On November 6, the working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, led by Ms. Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, had a working session with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to assess the implementation of tasks in the past time, and discuss the direction of work in the coming time.

At the meeting, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee reported on the outstanding work results in recent times.

Accordingly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels has been proactive and flexible in implementing tasks, closely following the leadership of the Party Committee and provincial government, thereby achieving positive results.

One of the greatest successes is the development and implementation of the Project to reorganize and streamline Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies and socio-political organizations, contributing to improving operational efficiency and creating smooth operations.

In addition, the work of propagating, mobilizing and gathering union members, association members, and people of all walks of life, promoting the strength of national solidarity is also focused on.

Patriotic emulation movements have been strongly implemented, including outstanding programs such as "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", "Good workers, creative workers", and "Building Quang Lang women in the new era".

These movements have created clear changes in the community, while bringing practical values to social life.

In particular, the work of propagating the Party's resolutions and directives, the State's policies and laws has been effectively implemented, with 587 propaganda sessions attracting over 35,000 participants.

Despite many achievements, during the working session, delegates also frankly pointed out some difficulties and problems in the process of performing their tasks.

One of the urgent issues discussed by delegates is the preparation of personnel for socio-political organizations in the 2025 - 2030 term.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Thu Ha requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations to focus on a number of key tasks.

First of all, it is necessary to successfully prepare and organize the 16th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2025 - 2030, along with the congresses of socio-political organizations at the provincial level.

At the same time, the Provincial Fatherland Front needs to proactively advise on the implementation of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

Along with that, strengthening the organizational apparatus and improving the quality of the staff also needs to be promoted.

In particular, the work of planning, training and fostering cadres at all levels needs to be carried out synchronously and effectively, meeting the requirements of working in the new situation.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed his confidence in the ability of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the province to excellently complete their tasks.
