Guidelines for propaganda of the election of 16th National Assembly deputies

The propaganda content focuses on the significance and importance of the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; analyze and clarify the election taking place at a time when the 14th National Congress of the Party was a great success, the revolution of streamlining the apparatus of the political system and implementing the 2-level local government model in the direction of "streamlining, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency" has been implemented synchronously along with great achievements of historical significance in all aspects of the country after 40 years of implementing the renovation under the leadership of the Party; the entire Party, people and army strive to strive, unite, join forces, unite, take advantage of every opportunity, overcome all difficulties, challenges, continue to develop the country quickly and sustainably.

- Enhance the standards and quality of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies to ensure that the National Assembly is truly the highest state power body and the People's Council is the local state power body.

Propagating the implementation of the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, promptly commend collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in election preparation and organization, especially in election areas in disadvantaged areas, border areas, islands, etc., while detecting shortcomings and limitations, promptly proposing solutions to newly arising problems.

Enhancing the sense of responsibility and coordination of all levels, sectors, agencies, functional units, and voters nationwide contributed to the success of the election. Propagating the rights and responsibilities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in participating in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and electing deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term. In particular, focusing on propaganda activities that the Front participates in such as: Participating in establishing organizations in charge of elections; organizing peace conferences; organizing voter conferences; propaganda work; receiving citizens, handling petitions about elections; supervision work; emulation and reward work.
