Commune police in Da Nang find a man lost 120km from his house
Avuong Commune Police (Da Nang City) has just found a man who was lost 120km from his house and handed him over to his family.
According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal (TTDT), Avang Commune Police (Da Nang City) has just received information about finding a person on Facebook posted by local people and quickly searched for and handed over the lost man to his family.
Previously, on January 4, 2026, relatives of Mr. T.N.C (born in 1960) went to Thu Bon Commune Police (Da Nang City) to report that Mr. C was mentally ill and had left his home in Thu Bon Tay Village - Thu Bon Commune and did not know where he was, so they asked Thu Bon Commune Police for support and posted a notice to find him.
Receiving information on Facebook accounts Thu Bon Commune Police, Avong Commune Police (Da Nang City) mobilized forces to coordinate with forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to check in the area to grasp information.
By the morning of January 8, the Commune Police discovered Mr. C in a state of poor health and in a state of poor spirit in R'cung village ( Avong commune), about 120km from his home.
The commune police quickly took Mr. C to the agency headquarters, visited, encouraged, provided food and water support and arranged a resting place. After that, Avuong Commune Police contacted Thu Bon Commune Police to notify Mr. C's family to pick him up and drop him off.
