Commune police support people to receive back 499 million VND mistakenly transferred

On March 28, information from Hoang Van Commune Police (Bac Ninh province) said that the unit had promptly supported a resident to receive back 499 million VND due to mistaken transfer.

Accordingly, at 4:43 pm on March 26, Ms. Phan Thi Hoai Phuong mistakenly transferred 499 million VND to Mr. Nguyen Van Hai. After discovering the incident, Ms. Phuong contacted and learned that Mr. Hai is currently residing in Hoang Van commune, Bac Ninh province.

At 1:30 PM on March 27, Ms. Phuong went to Hoang Van Commune Police to report, requesting support to contact Mr. Nguyen Van Hai to resolve the matter.

Immediately after receiving the information, the commune police quickly verified, contacted and invited Mr. Hai to work.

At 2:00 PM on the same day, at the headquarters of Hoang Van Commune Police, under the witness of the police force, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai voluntarily returned the entire amount of 499 million VND to Ms. Phan Thi Hoai Phuong.
